Teacher training in the field of higher education.

Invitation of foreign teachers and professors to improve the process of education and experience exchange.
International cooperation will be held in the field of higher education of China, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Egypt, the Sultanate of Oman, the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and other countries on the basis of agreements between the governments.
The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the People’s Republic of China on November 8, 1999 established “education partnership” according to this agreement 40 students, candidates, and young professionals practice in higher education institutions of China.
The practice is on the Chinese language and literature, as well as a variety of technical and natural sciences in order to improve the knowledge of the direction Chinese institutions of higher education in.
Uzbek higher education institutions cooperate on the basis of agreements with the USA, Germany, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, China, Malaysia, India, Russia and others.
Through these agreements, the exchange of students and teachers professor their participation in various conferences and symposiums, conducting joint scientific research, joint publication of scientific articles are done.
Uzbek higher educational institutions have close relation with the British Council, the Goethe Institute, the German Society for International Cooperation and the Japan International Cooperation Agency of Korea, India and the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programm, United Nations Development Program, the World Bank, ATB, with the IDB and others communications systems.
These all programs and projects are aimed at enhancing the development of higher education in the country, advanced use of foreign experience to improve the educational and methodical process, teaching skills development, the exchange of students.
It is important to mention active participation in educational programs of the European Union’s Tempus and Erasmus Mundus of Uzbek higher education institutions.
At the same time, 20 project of the European Union’s Tempus program are implemented with the participation of 40 higher education institutions of Uzbekistan.
Tempus projects mainly devoted to creation of BA and MA curriculums in the field of technics and theoretical technology. Higher education institutions in cooperation with European universities develop new training programs on various subjects and work on improving the existing cooperation. In addition, the Tempus project gives the opportunity maintain participating higher education institutions with modern computer equipment and the ability to provide equipment.
Tempus project is devoted to the professional development of teachers in higher education institutions. European higher education institutions within the project framework conduct short-term seminars and scientific conferences, training courses.
Uzbek higher education institutions participate in the Erasmus Mundus program for students and teachers of the academic efficiency, strengthening cooperation between universities. Higher education institutions students and teachers within the framework of project will be able to practice in EU universities.
At present, foreign teachers and experts involved in the educational process pays great attention to cooperation with foreign partners. In this field Korean International Cooperation Agency KOICA and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) are actively working.
